I hope that this post finds you well.
Here is a photo of my drawing of one of the Chateau des Contes de Foix's tower that I drew on location while hungry mosquitoes were feasting on my legs! I drew it as fast as my Lamy pen could go, to escape the mosquito mob. I added watercolour paint later. Foix is in the Aveyron region of Southern France.

I find windows with shutters add so much charm to buildings. I also drew this on location in Foix, thankfully with the absence of mosquito distractions.
I thorougly enjoyed my day exploring the gorgeous town of Foix and like Mary Poppins's visit to Foix, we flitted off back to our AirB&B.
