The galah is also known as the pink and grey cockatoo or rose-breasted cockatoo. The galah is a common sight in Tasmania and is one of the most familiar of the Australian parrots, living everywhere in Australia.
This bright watercolour painting is painted on Khadi Mill paper, made from recycled cotton rags, painted by Patricia Hopwood-Wade. It has my full signature on the back of the painting. The painting is approximately 20 x 20 cm.
