Butterfly and wombat meet

Tickle my Toes

Regular price $35.00 Sale

Isn't it special when a butterfly joins you! This print from my original painting captures the cute encounter.

Wombats are marsupials that are native to Tasmania and the mainland of Australia. They are herbivores. Female wombats give birth to a single young in the spring. The young wombat leaves the pouch after about 6 to 7 months.

I've seen wombats in Tasmania's wilderness many times. There's nothing cuter than seeing a baby wombat running. They are so cute! They are gentle animals and I try to capture that gentleness and calmness in my wombat art work.

This print is printed on William Turner 310gsm print version, textured watercolour paper with archival inks, to look and feel like a watercolour painting.  No wonder I have so many people ask me if the print is an original painting!

This print run is an unlimited print run. The prints are a square format. The A-4 size is approximately 18 x 18 cm, A-3 size 25.5 x 25.5 cm and A-2 size 40 x 40 cm.

All my paintings are copyrighted. They are not available for reproduction in any manner without authorisation from the artist, Patricia Hopwood-Wade (pjpaintings@gmail.com).
