Hello, I hope that this finds you well on this first day of a new month.
Today we enjoyed warm, perfect market weather.
My day started with a couple visiting from Queensland, who try to buy art wherever they visit. They’ve bought art in New Zealand, Sweden and now Tasmania. It’s nice for the local artists and for them. In Tasmania, they bought Dinner for Five??? and Gliding.

A person visiting from Canberra, visiting family in Tasmania who moved here, bought Unwinding, Hanging Out and Family Bunk Beds. https://pjpaintings.com/collections/wombats
Unwinding
Two friends travelling together from Nevada, USA bought a bunch of cards and then came back later in the day and bought Spotty, Goldilocks and the 20 Penguins, and a Hanging Out tote bag. One of the ladies bought a Goldilocks and the 20 Penguins print to go with a print she has at home of a man in the park feeding penguins instead of pigeons. Both are whimsical and will go well together. https://pjpaintings.com/collections/wombats/products/copy-of-house-sharing-a-wombat-and-fairy-wrens-house-sharing

A group visiting from Texas, USA bought a Salamanca Saturdays print. One of the fellows was wearing a t-shirt that had an anti-golf course logo with pigs around the text. I asked what it was about? They explained that some wild pigs dug up and made a mess of a golf course during the night near to where they lived and this arose from the event, anti-golf course pigs.

Another visitor from the USA, from Minnesota, bought a Sitting on the Fence print. She’s on a gap year working holiday. She’s doing bar work in Melbourne. https://pjpaintings.com/collections/birds/products/sitting-on-the-fence

A couple, who landed today from Seattle, USA, are getting married in Swansea on Wednesday. They don’t have family here. They did their research and decided that Swansea is where they want to get married. They bought Silent Disco and I gave them a Two to Tango card as my very small wedding gift to them.

Somebody dropped their cup of coffee in front of my stall. I didn’t see it happen, and they didn’t let me know, so I only noticed the spots on my prints when the sun had baked the coffee. Lucky my trusty hand sanitizer got it off the prints. Then I started noticing coffee on my tote bags, pouches, coasters and A-3 sized prints. It must have been a tall person that dropped their coffee for it to splash so far and wide!
Cheers from, Patricia (PJ) Hopwood-Wade
